Tuesday, April 25, 2023 - Demo work is finally underway on 326 Vine St. - this property was purchased by the Sandusky County Land Bank for $5,000 after a fire resulted in a total loss on the inside of the home. The Land Bank will remediate the property and put the empty lot up for sale after the demolition and cleanup are finished. This is not a "City" funded project - the County owns the property and will be responsible for the maintenance of the land until it is sold.
